My style of bodywork and energetic healing is intuitive, yet grounded with a focus on anatomy and the energetic body. After quickly perceiving any areas of tension, I use my integrative skills to give those areas the critical attention they need. I believe that the therapist’s attentive presence is essential for facilitating a soothing and effective massage where the body can come back to a restful state and naturally heal itself.

After graduating from the Central Maryland School of Massage in 2015, I immediately started my own practice. I am an Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master, Reflexologist, CranioSacral Practitioner and Certified Crystal Healer.  I continue to evolve my practice through my experience with intuitive modalities and with the clients with whom I gratefully work.
