The Hollerstown Hill Bed & Breakfast, established in 2002, is located in a quiet downtown Frederick neighborhood. It is a wonderful example of late victorian architecture built in c.1900 by Sarah and Richard Dutrow, owners in the late 1800s of the Dutrow Confectionary.

The bed & breakfast is graced with carved mantels, fireplaces, period antiques, reproductions, and collectibles. For example, Betty displays her large collection of dolls throughout the house. There is a game room in which you’ll find a traditional pool table plus nooks for board games, including a chess set with Civil War characters. The four uniquely decorated guest rooms are spacious, each with sitting area and en suite bath, air conditioning, and cable TV.

Begin your day with freshly brewed coffee or tea. Indulge in a full country breakfast featuring home-baked breads, fresh fruit, juices/ smoothies, yogurt, granola, and sumptuous breakfast casseroles.

Guests can relax on the wrap-around porch or garden patios, enjoy the game room, or leisurely stroll to the center of downtown Frederick’s charming historic district to visit the shops, museums, local events, and numerous restaurants. There are many additional historic sites a short drive away.

Your hosts/proprietors, Betty and Phil LeBlanc look forward to making your visit a memorable one.
