In August of 2000, The Tasting Room went from an idea to a plan in motion, giving life to a vacant building on the corner of North Market and Church Street.

With hard work, a little money, and large amount of vision, a locally revered restaurant was born. The Tasting Room began serving fresh, regional cuisine with European influence.
