The Visitor Center is the perfect place to begin your trip to Frederick! Housed in a beautifully renovated circa-1899 industrial warehouse, the visitor center holds 2,200-square-feet of interpretive exhibits. A state-of-the-art theater features the award-winning film about Frederick, “A Turn of the Wheel.” A wide variety of maps, guides and information on regional attractions and events are available. Friendly, knowledgeable Visitor Services Specialists are happy to suggest sites and attractions to suit your specific interests. A small retail shop offers many interesting items for purchase. We also sell the ever-popular Downtown Frederick Gift Cards!
Monday through Friday, out of town guests can request that we validate the white ticket received from the E. All Saints Parking Garage for 3 hours free parking. Just stop by with your ticket and we’ll run it through our validation machine for you. If you happen to visit on Saturday or Sunday, the lot behind our building is free all day; no garage parking needed! We can’t wait to welcome you!
