Everyone has a story – a beautiful, unique, (even occasionally chaotic!) evolving story. I love to watch your story in motion – to see your life as it is everyday and catch your authentic moments. That is the part I love most about photography – it gives me the chance to show your story through my eyes in beautiful detail.
I love photographing newborns because there is nothing like the excitement of a new human welcomed into the world. All of the tiny details are mixed with such huge anticipation that the photos end up being the most peaceful reminder of the beauty of new life. Maternity, baby, child and family photography for me also stem from this same truth – that the memories we share together are precious and joyful and are worthy of documenting. A parent once told me that seeing my photo of their newborn baby was like seeing her for the first time, and falling in love with her all over again. My family session clients tell me repeatedly that our sessions are a day they look forward to all year long, as it’s one of their favorite days together as a family. I take great joy in documenting these milestones in families’ lives.

My passions include travel, baking and cooking (ok true, eating), music, anything ocean related, hilarious cat memes, animals and my friends and family. I live with my husband, my son Heath (7) and daughter Siena (5), and 3 [crazy] adorable cats, enjoying the good life one day at a time!
