A fine dining restaurant in Historic Downtown Frederick open daily from 9am weekends and 10am weekdays to closing at 10-11pm Mains and Brunch. The restaurant is situated in a beautifully restored 1770s Colonial Building, with new kitchen equipment and experienced cooks and servers, who have worked at Up On Market nearly 2½ years. We are looking to hire:
For Kitchen Staff, hard-working, motivated person(s) who can work mornings and weekends to assist cooks in food prep, sandwich/salad/soup assembly, cooking, clean-up and/or dishwashing.
Kitchen experience is a plus, but not necessary. Spanish speaking ability is preferred.
For Serve Staff, during day, night, weekends, serving seated customers at tables or bar and/or assisting Servers to greet and bus tables mornings and weekends, dependent on ability.
