With the anticipation of spring, four women artists are brought together in the exhibition, “Light Of Day”, at Gallery 322. For the month of March, painters Carol Cowie, Jane Knighton, Karen Winston-Levin, and Deborah Lovelace Richardson will be showing their latest works. All of the landscapes, still life, and figure paintings embrace the style of contemporary realism by capturing the play of light on the natural world.

Joshua Davis Concert at New Spire Stages

Saturday, March 9, 7:30-9:30pm
New Spire Stages – 15 W Patrick St

NBC’s The Voice finalist brings his award winning talent and great musical storytelling to Frederick! Over the past 20 years Joshua has honed an impressive range of skills – songwriter, bandleader, guitarist, and vocalist. A true troubadour of Americana Roots music, his voice is a disarming instrument: weathered and warm, as capable of conjuring confessional intimacy on a global stage as it is of making a small room, well off the beaten path, resonate with startling urgency and power.

Spring Market at Dancing Bear

Sunday, March 10, 12-4pm
Dancing Bear Toys and Games – 15 E Patrick St

Every Sunday in March (excluding Easter), pop into Dancing Bear Toys and Games to experience their Spring Market from 12pm to 4 pm! The Bear is very excited to create this opportunity for eight kid creators to sell their creations and give the community a chance to support young entrepreneurs!
