Mid-size builder looking for a part-time new homes Sales Assistant. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing personality to assist the community’s Sales Manager on busy weekend shifts. Duties consist of listening to customer’s needs to suggest floor plans, showing of model homes, offering price lists and marketing materials as well as assisting the Sales Manager with updating MLS listings and stocking the sales office. Must be able to work Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays each week approximately 20 hours per week. Starting at $20/hour. Real estate license preferred but not required. Perfect position for a part-time real estate agent looking to grow their business.
