Maintain responsibility for all front of house events and daily occurrences. Build, modify, and publish the employee schedule. Answer any employee or customer questions and address concerns in a timely and appropriate manner. Inventory and order food, glassware, and equipment. Conduct monthly employee meetings. Keep employees updated on events and protocols. Schedule and coordinate food trucks and special events. Coordinate with other managers regarding events, promotions/marketing, inventory, and staffing.
