We are offering a day filled with 30-minute experiences of classes we offer at The Center. These are all donation based with any monies collected going to the Ukraine Emergency Relief Fund.
9:00-9:30 am: Meditation with Pranayama Breathwork and gongs with Mari and Maren Good
10:00-10:30 am: Adult Longevity Yoga with Cia Parker
10:30-11:00 am: Kids Wellness yoga and Movement class with Cia Parker
12:15-12:45 pm: Medical Qigong with Katie Van Ness
